Will FeedGuard change my Shopify store?
File-workspace edits stay in your saved copy. In Sales & actions, supported product changes can be sent to the connected Shopify store after edit permission, an exact preview and your confirmation. A downloaded FeedGuard JSON report is not a Shopify import file.
What do I get from the free check?
One saved catalog audit with up to 1,000 variants, supported corrections, rechecks of the same catalog and downloads. Failed file imports do not use the allowance. Refreshing the page does not reset it.
Can you fill in missing product facts?
You can complete supported fields with values from your product records. FeedGuard does not invent missing stock, identifiers or barcodes. The example includes a fictional source record so you can try this workflow.
Where do my results go?
Your personal account shows your saved catalog, the latest checked version and your remaining free allowance. Open the catalog to continue editing or download your report.
Will FeedGuard get my products approved by Google?
FeedGuard checks your product data against Google’s published product data rules and shows what to fix. Google makes the final decision in Merchant Center and also checks things a file cannot show, such as your live product pages and images.
What can FeedGuard check, and what can it not?
FeedGuard checks the product data you give it: missing fields, conflicting IDs, text lengths, prices, URLs and barcode check digits. Unavailable stock information is shown separately. File checks do not require a store connection. The Shopify connection is limited to the approved development store. Separate live checks compare published product-page values and inspect images; they cannot confirm actual stock or guarantee channel approval.
When will I be charged?
Never for the free check, and your free account never upgrades by itself. FeedGuard Fix ($9.99 per month) and FeedGuard Care ($29.99 per month) are optional monthly subscriptions for businesses and sole proprietors in the United States. A plan can be bought only when its card shows a subscribe button; before any payment you confirm your business details, the price and the subscription Terms. Prices are in US dollars. No sales tax is added to these subscription prices. The total is shown before you confirm payment.
