Use this address for product support, privacy requests, security reports and legal notices. Put the type of request in the subject so it can be identified. For billing requests such as cancelling renewal or asking for a refund, the timings in the Billing, cancellation & refunds policy apply. We do not promise a particular response or resolution time for other requests.
The email link opens your own mail app. Opening the link does not send a message or confirm delivery. This contact address is separate from automated account confirmation and password-recovery emails, whose availability is shown on the account screen.
What to include
- Product help: the page or feature, what you expected and what happened. A cropped screenshot with private information removed can help.
- Privacy: the request you want to make and an email address for a reply. We may need proportionate verification before disclosing or deleting account data.
- Security: a concise description and steps to reproduce using your own account or harmless test data.
- Legal notices: identify the concern and how to contact you.
Do not send passwords, recovery keys, access tokens, payment-card details, customer lists or identity documents with an initial request. Email correspondence is handled through our support mailbox; see Privacy and service providers.
Account & data controls
When you can sign in, account help lets you save a support request. You can also download your catalog and report, delete a saved report or close your account using the available controls. These are separate actions; read what each removes and retains.
If you cannot sign in, you can still use the email address above. A contact request does not by itself bypass verification or restore access.
