Current service providers
Vercel — application hosting
Serves the website and application requests, including submitted account and catalog data, and processes connection and operational metadata, including request logs (such as IP address, time, address requested and response status). Vercel acts for us in hosting the application. Vercel privacy information.
Neon — PostgreSQL database
Stores account records, saved catalogs and reports, connection records and work history used by the application. Database infrastructure can also keep operational metadata and backups. Neon acts for us in storing application data. Neon privacy information.
Google Workspace — support email
Handles messages sent to our support mailbox, including your sending address, message content and email metadata. Only send information needed for your request. Google Workspace privacy information.
Conditional account email
Resend is the supported sender for account confirmation and password-recovery messages, and for monitoring alerts, when those features are enabled. It receives the destination address and the message needed for delivery and acts for us in sending it. Having a support mailbox does not mean automated account email is enabled; the account screen shows whether it is available. Resend privacy information.
Payments and tax, when a plan is on sale
Stripe — payments, invoices and sales tax
Stripe processes card and billing details, calculates sales tax from the business billing address, issues invoices and holds payment records. For these operations Stripe acts on our behalf. For its own fraud prevention, financial-institution and legal duties Stripe also acts for itself, which is why this page does not describe Stripe as only our subprocessor. FeedGuard never receives or stores full card numbers. Stripe privacy information.
Google Merchant Center — only if you connect it
When you authorize a connection, Google provides the Merchant Center product status and performance data that FeedGuard reads with your permission. Google operates Merchant Center under your relationship with Google and its own terms. Google privacy information.
Google Ads — separate optional conversion measurement
Only after a separate advertising choice, our protected server uses Google's Data Manager API to report an eligible first catalog check or first paid subscription. Google receives the ad click identifier, event type and time, and a random duplicate-prevention identifier. It receives no email, catalog, payment identifiers, credentials or payment amount through this integration. Google can combine the click identifier with information it already holds, under the applicable Google terms and privacy notice. No remarketing, enhanced conversions or personalized audience list is enabled by this feature.
Change the choice in Advertising measurement preferences. Requests already sent are not automatically removed by withdrawal. Contact us for privacy requests. Google's processing is not limited to the configured PostHog region; FeedGuard makes no country-exclusive processing promise. Google Privacy Policy and Google business data responsibilities.
Optional public-page analytics
PostHog Inc. provides optional analytics through PostHog Cloud EU when the integration is enabled and a visitor opts in. It receives permitted public-page views, click and scroll activity, masked replay data, temporary identifiers and ordinary connection metadata. The integration excludes account and recovery screens, store and catalog workspaces, file comparison and example tools. It is not connected to the account database or Shopify.
The integration uses no account identification or advertising features. Visitors can decline or withdraw in Analytics preferences. Choosing the European cloud service describes the configured analytics region, not a promise that every provider activity, support process or subprocessor is confined to one country. Services you choose independently
Shopify operates your shop under your relationship with Shopify. When a connection is available and authorized, FeedGuard exchanges permitted product, aggregate report and confirmed change requests with Shopify. Shopify is not described here as a FeedGuard subprocessor for all of its activities. Shopify privacy information.
Product thumbnails in the saved workspace may load from the image hosts named in your catalog. Those hosts receive a browser request with network metadata; FeedGuard sets no-referrer on those images. The CSV comparison tool does not load images from its file values.
Locations & agreements
These providers operate infrastructure and support across locations. FeedGuard does not offer a US-only processing or data-residency commitment, and this page does not state where any provider stores backups or logs. The links above describe each provider’s own practices; they do not replace the FeedGuard Privacy Notice.
This page explains current functions and data flows. It is not an agreed contractual subprocessor schedule. If your organization needs a processing agreement, verified locations or advance change terms, see Data processing before uploading affected information.
