What the service provides
FeedGuard provides checks of supported product catalog fields, reviewed source-value edits, rechecks and downloads. The file-check profile covers standard online goods in the US with USD prices. The separate Shopify Sales & actions workspace groups products, reads available aggregate sales, prepares source-backed changes and records work. It is not a Google Merchant Center certification or a complete product-policy audit.
The included first catalog check is free. No payment card is requested, no subscription is activated and there is no automatic renewal. A future paid service requires a separate offer that you choose to accept.
Use only permitted product data
Use the service for a catalog you own or are authorized to process. You retain your rights in your source data and allow FeedGuard to process and store it as needed to provide the requested check. Do not upload customer records, credentials, regulated data or content you do not have permission to use.
This service is intended for adults working with business product catalogs. Do not attempt to access someone else’s account, bypass usage limits, submit malicious content or disrupt the service.
Review the result before using it
Suggestions address the checks that are actually implemented. FeedGuard can be incomplete or wrong. Verify factual edits against your authoritative product source and inspect remaining findings before importing a downloaded file into another service.
File checks do not require a store connection and their edits stay in the downloaded file. The Shopify connection is limited to the approved development store. Sales & actions may read aggregate reports after the necessary Shopify approvals. Supported title, description or existing variant-image changes are sent to Shopify only after product-edit permission, an exact preview and your separate confirmation. Current values are checked before sending, but Shopify provides no general atomic version condition for these edits: another app or person can change a product concurrently. Inspect uncertain outcomes before making another change. Scheduled checks are opt-in and read data only. FeedGuard does not access Merchant Center, guarantee product approval or promise an increase in revenue. A downloaded file preserves source columns, including custom columns that another platform may not accept. You control whether and how to import it.
Sales figures use Shopify’s reporting definitions and complete store-local periods. Gross profit is not net business profit. Missing historical costs remain unknown; current costs are not substituted. These are operational product reports, not investment, tax or credit recommendations. Availability of Shopify data and permissions can vary.
Fictional examples illustrate the tool. They are not real customer results, endorsements or product offers.
The included free check
The allowance covers one successfully saved catalog audit per account, up to the documented file and variant limits. File validation failures do not consume it. Supported edits, rechecks of the saved catalog and downloads are included. Creating multiple accounts to bypass the allowance is not permitted.
Refreshing, signing out or deleting a saved report does not restore the allowance. A limited hashed trial record can remain after account closure, as explained in the privacy notice.
Keep access to your account
Use a unique password and keep the recovery key private. Email recovery is not enabled. We cannot promise account recovery if you lose both the password and recovery key. You can close the account using the account controls.
The service may change, experience interruptions or end. Keep your original files and any reports you need. Support requests can be saved in your account, without a guaranteed response time. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
