What is free
Every account includes one successfully saved catalog check of up to 1,000 variants, with supported edits, rechecks and downloads of that saved catalog. The free check never converts into a subscription and needs no payment card.
FeedGuard Fix
FeedGuard Fix costs $9.99 (USD) per month. No sales tax is added to this subscription price. It includes: check new and updated catalogs, up to 1,000 variants and 1 mib each; guided fixes: preview the safe ones, apply them, then fix the rest one by one; rechecks, plus corrected catalog and merchant center feed downloads; work-list csv and detailed report for every catalog; one saved catalog at a time: checking a new catalog replaces it; up to 10 catalog checks per hour; cancel any time. Your account keeps one saved catalog at a time, so checking a new catalog replaces the saved one; catalog checks are limited to 10 per hour for each account and live page and image checks to 20 products. Scheduled monitoring and email alerts are part of Care.
FeedGuard Care
FeedGuard Care costs $29.99 (USD) per month. No sales tax is added to this subscription price. It includes: your whole catalog, up to 1,000 variants in one store; scheduled live checks of product pages: price, stock status and images; email alerts when new supported issues are detected; readiness score and issue history over time; export a merchant center feed from your latest checked catalog, with suggested titles; upload an updated catalog (your account keeps one saved catalog at a time). See Pricing for current limits.
FeedGuard checks your product data and public product pages and reports what it finds. Checks cover supported product-data fields; Google decides product approval and also evaluates your website, images and account. FeedGuard does not guarantee approval, traffic or sales. A large catalog can take several scheduled runs to cover, so scheduled checks are not continuous monitoring.
Billing & renewal
Prices are in US dollars. No sales tax is added to subscriptions sold under this edition. The amount you authorize is shown before you confirm payment and on your invoice. Payments are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe to a plan, you authorize DYNAMIC FIBER NETWORKS CO. to charge that plan’s price ($9.99 for FeedGuard Fix, $29.99 for FeedGuard Care) every month until you cancel. You are charged when you subscribe and then on the monthly billing dates shown at checkout and in your account; when your original billing day does not exist in a month, the charge falls on that month’s last day. Your account shows your plan, status and next renewal date, and your invoices, with the billing period, tax and total of each charge, stay available in the billing portal.
Any future change to tax collection will be communicated before it applies, with any consent required by law.
Payment can precede business-profile completion. Paid features activate after the required profile is completed and validated; the first free catalog check needs no profile. Billing and renewal dates start at purchase and continue while activation is pending. Completing the profile does not restart the billing period. You can always manage billing or cancel from your account, including before activation. An unfinished profile alone does not cancel the subscription.
If a FeedGuard fault prevents you from completing the profile or activating the paid service, the refund rules below still apply. If we confirm that a purchase is not eligible for the US business service, we cancel it and refund the amount paid. Contact support for a location mismatch or an activation problem; do not start a second subscription.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, your paid access continues for up to 72 hours after the unpaid invoice was issued (or after its due date, if it has one). Your account shows the exact time. Stripe’s retries and any later unpaid month do not extend it. If the invoice is paid in time, access continues without a gap. If it is not, paid features pause when the 72 hours end; your saved catalog stays available, and paying the outstanding invoice restores paid access. If Stripe stops collecting an unpaid subscription, paid access is paused at once. Update your payment method in the billing portal to resolve an unpaid invoice; if the portal is temporarily unavailable, contact support.
Changing plans
When both plans are available, you can switch between FeedGuard Fix and FeedGuard Care in the billing portal. A change takes effect at once. Moving up to FeedGuard Care: you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period right away. No sales tax is added to that plan change. Moving down to FeedGuard Fix: the features of FeedGuard Care that FeedGuard Fix does not include end at once, and the unused value of the higher plan is credited toward your future invoices; a credit is applied to invoices and is not paid out to your card. The portal shows the amounts before you confirm. A plan change is not a cancellation: your subscription continues and renews at the price of the plan you are on.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time in your account under “Manage billing or cancel”; if the billing portal is unavailable the account shows a “Stop renewal” control, and you can also email support@feed-guard.com from your account’s address. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period: you keep your plan until then and are not charged again. A request that reaches us before your next renewal date stops that renewal. Your saved catalog stays in your free account.
Refunds
Fees are not prorated or refunded merely because you cancel part-way through a billing period. You can ask for a refund if you were charged in error or twice, or if you could not use the paid service you bought because of a FeedGuard fault. Contact support within 30 days of the charge, with the date and amount. This 30-day period is a way to handle ordinary requests quickly; it does not shorten any right you have by law or your right to dispute a charge with your bank.
For an error or a duplicate charge, we refund the whole amount of that charge, including any sales tax collected on it. For a FeedGuard fault, we refund the part of that billing period’s fee that matches the days on which the paid features you bought were unavailable to you because of the fault, counted by day; if they were unavailable for the whole billing period, we refund the whole fee for it. We do not refund time after you cancel, features you chose not to use, or results that differ from what Google decides.
We answer a refund request, and start any refund we owe, within 10 business days of receiving the details we need. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and a refund of tax is made together with the refund of the fee. We cannot say when your bank will show it. Plan changes create credits, not card refunds (see Changing plans). Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Price changes
We will email you at least 30 days before any price change applies to your subscription. The new price applies from the next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
Closing an account
Closing your account in account controls ends an active subscription immediately, before the account is removed, so no further renewal can be charged. The rest of the paid period is not refunded unless this policy or the law requires it, so export what you need first. If the subscription cannot be cancelled at that moment, the account is not closed and you are asked to try again. If we end your paid service for a reason other than your breach of the Terms, abuse or legal compliance, we refund the unused part of the paid period. See the Privacy Notice for removed and retained records.
These billing terms belong to the Subscription Terms of the same edition: read them here. Questions about a charge: contact support with the date and amount. Never send a full card number or bank credentials.
