Your agreement and the seller
FeedGuard Fix and FeedGuard Care are provided and sold by DYNAMIC FIBER NETWORKS CO. (“we”, “us”). Our business mailing address is USPS PO Box 1754, Land O Lakes, FL 34639, United States. Contact us for support or legal notices at support@feed-guard.com.
These Terms, your accepted checkout record and the Billing, Cancellation & Refunds policy of the same edition form your subscription agreement. The checkout record identifies the plan, price, currency, billing interval and edition you accept. The billing policy controls billing, cancellation and refund matters. If the pricing page, the checkout screen and these Terms ever differ, the plan, price and renewal terms shown at checkout and kept in your checkout record apply, unless these Terms or the law give you a better position. Mandatory legal rights prevail over these documents.
Paid subscriptions are available to businesses and sole proprietors based in the United States, for business use. When you subscribe you confirm that you are buying for business use, that the billing address you give is the business’s address in the United States, and that you are authorised to enter into this agreement for the business identified by your billing details and business profile. You must be at least 18. If we cannot confirm that a purchase meets these conditions, we will not provide the paid service, we will cancel the subscription and we will refund what you paid for it. This does not remove any consumer protection that applies by law. The preserved free-account Terms, version 2026-09-15, remain available. Accepting those free Terms did not accept this subscription.
You may pay through Stripe before completing your business profile. Your free catalog check does not require this profile. Paid features, including scheduled monitoring, activate after you complete the required business name, type, US state, intended use and authority confirmations and we validate them against your purchase. An unfinished profile means activation is pending; it is not by itself a finding that your purchase is ineligible. You can complete the profile, manage billing or cancel from your account.
Your paid billing period and monthly renewal begin when you subscribe, even while profile completion is pending. The billing clock does not pause or restart when you complete the profile. You can cancel before renewal at any time. A FeedGuard fault that prevents profile completion or activation remains covered by the refund policy. If we establish that your purchase is ineligible, we cancel and refund it as stated above.
What the service provides
FeedGuard Fix lets you check a new or updated product catalog from a supported file, up to 1,000 variants and 1 MiB of file content each, with guided fixes, rechecks and downloads of the corrected catalog and a Google Merchant Center feed. Your account keeps one saved catalog and its report at a time: checking a new catalog with a paid plan replaces the saved one, so download what you need first. To protect the service, catalog checks are limited to 10 per hour for each account. Live checks of product pages and images are limited to 20 products. FeedGuard Fix does not include scheduled checks or email alerts, which belong to FeedGuard Care.
FeedGuard Care covers one store and up to 1,000 catalog variants. It provides scheduled checks of supported public product-page and image data, comparison of supported price and stock information, readiness findings, issue history, supported catalog rechecks and exports. Scheduled checks run daily while monitoring is switched on, but a large catalog can take several runs to cover, and pages or images that are unavailable, blocked or slow can be skipped, so a daily run does not mean every product is checked every day. Checks are periodic, may be incomplete and are not continuous or real-time monitoring. Email alerts require a verified account address and enabled alert settings, and an alert can arrive after the change it reports.
The free allowance remains one successfully saved catalog check, without a payment card or automatic upgrade. FeedGuard Fix and FeedGuard Care are optional separate purchases with no paid trial. Planned features and examples are not delivery commitments.
With your separate Google authorization, FeedGuard can read Merchant Center product status and available performance reports. Google’s required permission also permits changes, but this integration uses it only for reporting. Shopify connections depend on their published availability and permissions. Monitoring does not itself change your store, submit a feed, run advertising or spend money on your behalf.
Checks cover supported product-data fields and can be incomplete or outdated. A blocked page, missing structured data or unknown image detail cannot establish compliance. Google decides approval, also evaluates your website, images and account, and can change its rules or access. FeedGuard does not guarantee product approval, traffic, revenue or uninterrupted listings. Review factual edits and exported files against your authoritative sources before using them.
FeedGuard is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google or Shopify. Google, Google Merchant Center and Shopify are trademarks of their respective owners.
Your data, account and permissions
You retain ownership of your materials and authorize us to process them as needed to provide and secure this service and meet legal obligations. We treat your catalog files and reports as confidential business information: we do not publish them, and we share them only with the service providers that help us run the service or where the law requires. Use only catalogs you own or are authorized to process. Do not submit customer lists, order or customer exports, credentials, regulated personal information or unlawful content. Do not bypass limits, access another account or disrupt the service.
Keep your account and recovery credentials secure. You may disconnect an integration or pause monitoring in account controls; this stops the dependent service but does not cancel the subscription. Removing a saved Google connection and revoking permission in your Google Account are separate controls. A delivery already in progress may still complete after alerts are disabled.
The Privacy Notice explains storage, account closure and retained records. These Terms do not authorize selling your data, public endorsement using your business identity, or training a general-purpose AI model on your private materials. Keep original files and export reports you need before closing your account.
Price, payment and automatic renewal
FeedGuard Fix costs $9.99 USD per month and FeedGuard Care costs $29.99 USD per month. Prices are in US dollars. No sales tax is added to subscriptions sold under this edition. The amount you authorize is shown before you confirm payment and on your invoice. Stripe processes payment. By completing checkout for a plan and accepting these Terms, you authorize DYNAMIC FIBER NETWORKS CO. to charge that plan’s recurring amount when the subscription starts and on each monthly renewal until you cancel. There is no paid trial and no undisclosed usage charge. Any future change to tax collection will be communicated before it applies, with any consent required by law.
Each renewal falls on the monthly billing dates shown at checkout and in your account; when your original billing day does not exist in a month, the charge falls on that month’s last day. Your invoices show the billing period, tax and total of every charge and stay available in the billing portal while it is available, and from support on request.
When both plans are available, you can switch between them in the billing portal reached from your account. A change takes effect at once. If you move up to FeedGuard Care, you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the current billing period right away. No sales tax is added to that plan change. If you move down to FeedGuard Fix, the features of FeedGuard Care that FeedGuard Fix does not include, such as scheduled checks and alerts, end at once, and the unused value of the higher plan is credited toward your future invoices; a credit is not paid out to your card. The portal shows the amounts before you confirm a change. We may stop selling a plan to new customers without ending it for current subscribers.
Creating a free account, connecting Google or uploading a catalog does not authorize payment. If a renewal payment fails, paid access continues for the period set out in the billing policy, whatever Stripe’s retries do, and then pauses until the invoice is paid; your saved catalog remains available.
Cancellation, refunds and account closure
Cancel future renewal in Account → Manage billing or cancel; if the billing portal is unavailable, the account shows a “Stop renewal” control instead. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period: you keep paid features until then and are not charged again. If the controls fail, email support from your account address and we will arrange the cancellation; a request received before your next renewal date stops that renewal. Fees are not prorated or refunded merely because you cancel part-way through a billing period.
For an incorrect or duplicate charge, or inability to use the service because of a FeedGuard fault, contact support within 30 days of the charge for a refund of the affected amount, as described in the billing policy. This request period does not shorten a statutory right or prevent a lawful dispute or chargeback. A refund goes back to the original payment method; your bank decides how soon it shows.
Three things are different. Cancelling stops renewal and keeps access to the end of the paid period. Closing your account ends the subscription immediately, before the account is removed, and the rest of the paid period is not refunded unless the billing policy or the law requires it, so export what you need first; if billing cancellation cannot be confirmed, closure remains pending and the account is retained. If we suspend or end your paid service, we will tell you why where we can; if we end it for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, abuse or legal compliance, we will refund the unused part of the paid period. Previously issued invoices and records required by law may remain. Closing a free account does not restore the free allowance.
Support and interruptions
Contact support@feed-guard.com for help. Responses may be provided by an identified automated assistant; you may request review by the service operator. No guaranteed response time, resolution time or availability percentage is included.
We will use reasonable care in providing the service and addressing reported material defects. Maintenance, provider outages or security incidents can interrupt it. We may restrict abusive or unauthorized use or suspend access when needed for security or legal compliance. Such restrictions do not remove refund obligations or mandatory privacy rights.
Responsibilities and limits
You remain responsible for your products, business decisions and permissions. FeedGuard is not legal, tax, investment, accounting or product-safety advice. This does not release us from our own obligations or from responsibility imposed by law.
To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost business opportunity. Each party’s total liability under this agreement is limited to the greater of US $100 or the service fees paid or owed for the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, valid payment obligations, express refunds, required security or deletion duties, or liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes, governing law and notices
We will email you at least 30 days before a recurring price increase or material subscription change takes effect. It will apply only to a future period, with fresh consent where required. You may cancel before it applies. A new version of these Terms is published as a new edition at its own permanent address; the edition you accepted stays available at its address and in your account, and changes do not retroactively alter an existing dispute or authorize broader integration access. If the paid service ends, we will address unused prepaid service and required remedies.
Florida law governs, subject to mandatory protections and forum rules that apply to you. These Terms do not require private arbitration or waive access to regulators or eligible small-claims proceedings. Contacting support is not a prerequisite to a nonwaivable remedy. We will give notice of an operator change and obtain consent where required.
