MERCHANT CENTER FIX GUIDES

Fix “No products on website” in Google Merchant Center

Typical Merchant Center message: No products on website

Reviewed October 14, 2026 against Google’s published rules.

Google reports this when the domain submitted as your website was found to be parked, meaning it shows only ads and links, or when the product links shoppers see lead to pages with no products. The account was suspended as a result.

How to fix it

  1. Check your domain hosting. Point the domain to a server that hosts your product pages with unique content, rather than mainly ads and links. If the domain expired, check with your registrar. If the site had a temporary outage, make sure it is running again.
  2. Review your domain server settings. Verify and claim the updated URL, and upload your data source again in Merchant Center.
  3. Confirm that your links lead to products, then request a review. Once the technical fixes are live, Google says a small ad edit or choosing Appeal starts a fresh crawl, which usually finishes within 24 to 48 hours.
  4. Depending on the violation, there may be extra verification steps and a limit on how many reviews you can request.
